My name is Jonathan Wong, and I know how wonderful the thrill of competing and
winning is.
I have always liked sports and games but when I was younger I was only an
average athlete. I had good coordination, ball skills and a sense of how to play
sports. But by my teenage years I realized that my lack of physical speed and
strength was preventing me from excelling in the sports that I loved. I have
competed in many sports up to the club or local league level. Such as...Basketball, Softball, Rugby, American Football
and Strongman
From that time onwards I have spent thousands of hours reading, learning,
practicing and traveling to find the best ways to get agile, fast and strong so
that I could perform better in any physical activity.
I Have Tried Just About Every Method Out There...

I tried gadgets and TV infomercial products – These were simply scams and I did not gain any benefit from them.

I have tried different training programs – Some worked, some did not, but at least I found out what doesn’t work so I can teach you what does

I have tried nutrition plans of all kinds – High carbohydrate, low carbohydrate, high calorie, low calorie, high protein, low protein, high fat, low fat. I’ve tried them all and have come to the conclusion that what works for somebody else may not work for you. So now all the nutrition plans for clients are customized to their body type and genetics.

I have literally spent years making mistakes and learning from them. Sometimes I was discouraged that hours and hours of training gave no results. But the good news is that I didn’t give up.

I knew that if I dedicated myself to achieving my sports performance goals, I would eventually get there.

I studied and practiced till I found out what works.
Here are the facts:
Fact #1: There is a market for many gimmicks that promise results that they
cannot deliver because they are not based in science. The only piece of
machinery that, when upgraded is guaranteed to improve your performance is… YOUR
BODY. The latest shoes, wraps, racquet or club does next to nothing compared to
an improved ATHLETE.
Fact #2: Most athletes are training the wrong way. They have no plan, no system
and no guidance. This leads to the same problems that I faced…. Hundreds of
wasted hours and ineffective training.
Fact #3: Most coaches don’t know what it’s like to perform at a high level. You
need a coach who at least, at one point in their life was able to perform at, or
close to the levels you want to achieve. Want to jump 300cm in the broad jump?
Want to run the famous 40 yard dash in 4.5seconds? Want to squat 200kg? You
shouldn’t listen to a coach who only operates a whistle and a stopwatch.
Fact #4: Most training locations don’t have the environment that helps you
excel. How are you going to get top performance in training if everybody around
you is on a stationary bike reading the latest women’s magazine! At the Genesis
Performance Center we work hard to maintain an environment that encourages and
expects excellence each time you come in to train.
Just
before you think I am somebody who is genetically gifted, think again… I was a
regular (very) tubby kid who happened to like sports but was never able to
perform at the top level when I was younger. There were so many athletes all
through my primary, and secondary school days who were so far superior to me. I
actually found it hard to believe that I could one day match their performances.
But it happened. I not only matched them, but surpassed them by far - That's me
jumping over a 152cm/60inch high obstacle in the picture...not bad for a former
fat boy!
Perseverance, study and hard work paid off!

How do I get clients such results?
With so many athletes in Singapore training ineffectively, I decided that I was
time to do start a coaching company that uses only the most effective
performance boosting methods in the world.
I love helping others achieve the same results as I have. When my clients tell
me how they dominated their competition, how they are less sore after games, how
they set personal best times or how they passed the IPPT test for the first time
in years, it thrills me to the core.
I have always disliked the general attitude of the mainstream “fitness”
industry, with their horror stories of hard sales tactics, unprofessional

Worst of all I was shocked at the poor quality of coaching, program design, and
results that these “instructors” were giving their clients.

However you are supervised in a small group so that our coaches are able to monitor more clients at one time. Because of the cost savings that this allows, we pass the reduced rates on to YOU! You get results without burning a hole in your wallet. After all you see most “personal trainers” getting paid while they watch their clients jog on the treadmill or rest between exercises. We never want you to waste your hard earned money like that. |

Center, I have vastly improved strength in all my lifts while
remaining at the same bodyweight and lowering my body fat to less
than 7 percent. This has really helped my sports performance. My
improved strength and power has improved my confidence and my
resistance to injury. I have not had a serious injury in more than 6
